HISMART'S RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO CUSTOMERS WHO BUY ONLINE

Conditions changed, return goods

  • Customers still keep the purchase receipt
  • The product must match the product purchased on the order
  • Exchanged goods must be guaranteed to be new 100% not yet used, label intact, Original box and accompanying gift (if any).
  • In case the customer has opened the box and discovered a manufacturing defect, Customers need to take pictures and call the hotline: 1900 055 569 for guidance

Cases where goods can be returned or exchanged

  • Product is wrong due to manufacturer's error (missing quantity, Colors are inconsistent…)
  • Return due to ordering the wrong product compared to the order information
  • The product has an affected external condition such as: Mop, distortion, torn, packaging scratches, wet... due to transportation (Generally called box damage)
  • The product expires before or on the date the product is delivered to the customer

In case product returns are not accepted

  • Customers change categories, product design
  • No/lost purchase receipt
  • Product has signs of opening, torn box, lost seal label
  • Customers store the product incorrectly, leading to product damage

Return period

Within 3 days from receipt of goods, If the product is defective under the above conditions, the customer can return the product in the following order:

  • Call to notify Hismart about exchange (Specific condition of the product) according to phone number: 0598008666 or zalo: 0862295742
  • The company checks customer feedback about the product, if the above conditions are true, The company will contact and request the customer to send the goods to the company
  • Time limit exceeded 3 days from receipt of goods, The order is defaulted as completed and returns are not accepted.

Return costs

  • Return fee: Free of charge

If during the return process, additional shipping fees arise, Shipping fee will be calculated as follows:

  • Cost of sending goods back to the company: Customer pays
  • The cost of the company sending the goods back to the customer: Payment company

Refund
